For £16/pm (plus P&P;) our subscribers receive a mystery box of awesome wrestling themed items delivered to their doors. Items can include T-Shirts, DVD's, Funko Pop collectables, Mattel figures, Topps, Slobber Knocker Box exclusives and much much more.
Q. What happens after I sign up? When you sign up you'll be charged for our next advertised box. Our closing date each month is midnight on the 10th, and we begin to ship around the 20th. You will be billed for your next box on the 21st of the month
Q. Can I pay with PayPal? Our current subscription system does not allow PayPal payments or subscriptions. If you would like to pay on a monthly basis using your PayPal account then please visit Slobberknockerbox.bigcartel.com
Q. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel Subscription"

Q. How long will it take for my box to arrive? Once shipped our boxes are in the hands of the Asendia. All boxes are sent standard First Class Delivery in the UK, and Country Tracked International Delivery to all other territories. In the UK deliveries can take upto 3 working days during normal periods, while deliveries outside of the UK may take upto 14 working days.
Q. Do you offer a tracked shipping option? Not as standard, although you can request and pay an additional fee if this is something you would like to pursue. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Q. How do I update my information? Log into your account and you'll find options for updating all of your information, including T-Shirt size, postal address and card details
Q. I liked last months box but missed out on it. Is there anyway I can purchase those items separately ? Yes. Over on our Second Chance Store page we offer items from our previous crates, including a limited number of our exclusive items. However, we can not guarantee that all items from each box will be in stock.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the customer. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect, photos, and any other necessary information. You may be required to post the faulty item back to us for further inspection. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Once the faulty item reaches our warehouse a replacement or refund will then be organised.
